Winter Wonderland - Styling For a Winter Walk : Over 40 Style
Hey lovelies,
I hope everyone is well and had a lovely, if somewhat quieter, Christmas and New Year. The Corona-coaster rolls on here in the UK and we're now in full lockdown until at least the end of February. One of the only activities we are able to do is a daily walk near your home, so with it being winter here, that calls for cosy outfits!

We had the first snowfall of the winter in Yorkshire and it certainly made for a pretty walk that day. I wrapped up cosy in layers including the fabulous Heat-tech base layer from Uniglo, layered with a cosy hoodie. Legs were toasty warm in faux leather leggings and topped it off with a snuggly teddy coat.
I'm terrible for feeling the cold, definitely a summer baby. And as I suffer from Reynaud's Syndrome (a circulatory disorder which results in reduced blood flow to the hands and feet in cold weather aka dead fingers!) I definitely need cosy boots and warm gloves. These boots have been an amazing winter find for me, leather uppers and a faux fur lining all the way through the boot, with a great tread but also looking super stylish. they were from Amazon and are my favourite winter boots for when the temperatures drop.
And don't forget a hat, we lose much of our body heat through our heads, a super cute pom pom beanie finished this outfit off a treat, happy walking!
